Which information do we collect about you?

When you visit any Subcostume websites, we collect your IP address and record standard web log information, such as your browser type and the pages you accessed on our website.


If you open an account, we collect the following types of information from you:
Contact information - your name, address, phone, email and other similar information.

We don’t collect any financial information, such as bank account numbers, PayPal or credit card details. All financial transactions and information will be taken care of by our trusted partners PayPal and Alipay.


Finally, we may collect additional information from or about you in other ways not specifically described here. For example, we may collect information related to your orders, or contact with our customer support team. This information is solely for the purpose of improving our service for you.

How do we protect and store your personal information?

Do we share personal information with other users?

If you are buying goods through Imageware.no, we will provide our shipping partner with your address information, email and phone number. Our shipping partner is not allowed to use this information to market their services to you unless you have agreed to this.

When paying for items bought at Subcostume, PayPal and Alipay take care of the entire payment process. To secure the transaction and to avoid fraud we share contact information with PayPal and Alipay, as well as details of what you have purchased. PayPal and Alipay monitor all transactions all the time, and their systems check irregular transactions.

If you choose to 'Tip a friend' or send someone a link to your artwork created at Subcostume, we’ll send your friend an email with your name and email address only.

How can you access or change your personal information?

You can review and edit your personal information at any time by logging in to your account and clicking the 'My Info' sub-tab under the 'My Account' tab.
